There are many causes to pain, However my focus is on pain caused by Trigger Points. Trigger Points are areas within the muscle fibers that create a "knot" and send so many signals to the spinal cord that it becomes overwhelmed; causing the person to feel that their pain is coming from somewhere else. They require some form of intervention including massage, stretching, and increased hydration.
